5 Levels of Reputation Management

Corporate reputation management can be used as a 'catch all'  term for everything from a digital content strategy, to crisis management or brand tracking.

To us, reputation management is about the ability to evidence the reputation you currently hold, know why you hold it and then be able to strengthen it.

Simple really.

And organisations are at different stages in the process, so we thought it would be useful to share this, the 5 levels of reputation management as we see it.

The aim, of course, is to use reputation measurement and management to become a better business.
