Steve Leigh, Founding Partner

Steve is an experienced reputation consultant who helps clients maximize the impact, creativity and effectiveness of communications for their businesses and brands. He has created detailed research programmes and reports that provide valuable insight on reputation, ranging in scope from entire global sectors down to niche local markets.

As a strategic reputation consultant, digital strategist and specialist in reputation research, he has worked across a wide variety of sectors and disciplines, from running major campaigns for brands including Heineken and The National Lottery, to tackling sensitive communications challenges for organisations such as the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority.

Steve is used to advising clients on how to incorporate digital thinking into their communications, establishing digital reputation strategies for clients as well as carrying out training for in-house communications teams.

Steve trained as a lawyer before becoming a PR professional in 1994.  Prior to jointly founding Reputation Consultancy, he held senior director-level positions at a number of respected PR consultancies.


Rachel Griffiths, Founding Partner, ACC, MCIPR

Rachel has extensive experience in corporate reputation management and reputation coaching, having worked across a diverse range of industries including FMCG, retail, foodservice, and financial services. Those who have benefited from her approach include Whitbread, Marks and Spencer, Cadbury, NHS and The Prince's Trust.

As Deputy Chief Executive of the Association of Mutual Insurers, she led 13 Chief Executive Officers in a stakeholder engagement campaign to enhance the reputation of the UK sector among consumers, the regulator, media and government.

Rachel is a regular commentator on reputation, featuring on SkyNews, BBC World News and the Guardian.  Her knowledge around 'reputation and the bottom line' has seen her giving keynote speeches at national and international events including 'Rebuilding the Reputation of Financial Services' in London and 'Reputation and the Opportunity for Mutual Insurance' in Toronto and Quebec.

Rachel is a an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC), an Organisational and Relationships Systems Coach (ORSC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation, She holds a degree in Communications and Media and is an accredited practitioner of the CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations).


Will Medd, ACC, CPCC, PhD, Partner

Will has over 15 years experience in working across the public and private sectors on themes including complexity, resilience and sustainability. A certified coach and social scientist he is a systems thinker with a keen interest in sustainable practices and sustainable consumption. He has a proven track record in international research and extensive experience of collaboration with governmental organisations, NGOs and private sector companies.

Will is a Co-active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC), an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC), a memer of the International Coaching Federation and has undertaken training in Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching.


Abigail Herron FCIS, MCSI, Partner

Abigail has been on the front line of identifying, quantifying and offering solutions to the environmental, social and governance (ESG) challenges faced by public and private organisations for over eight years.

She previously headed up the corporate governance team of The Co-operative Asset Management, leading on issues such as executive pay, women in the boardroom, corporate responsibility and environmental reporting.

Her sustainability based specialisms include property/construction, investment, banking, insurance chemicals, fisheries and marine resources and animal welfare. Abigail sits on the UKSIF Leadership Committee, the 30% Club Investor's Steering Committee, the FTSE4Good Banking Sector Working Group and The Travis Perkins Non-Executive Environmental Advisory Forum.

She is a regular media commentator on sustainable investment and frequently appears as a panelist and presenter at conferences across Europe, Abigail is currently undertaking a Postgraduate Certification in Sustainable Business at The University Of Cambridge
